Description
The Panerai 3646 was created at the request of the Royal Italian Navy. The first production examples were delivered at the end of the 1930's.
The present model has a sterile dial, leading to the assumption that it was created for German Navy Special Forces. It was offered for sale by Christie's in 2013.
Movement
15-17 jewels hand-wound pocket watch movement. Pictured as used in PAM 21 - with shock protection on the balance staff.
