Description
A little larger, but still flat?aincredibly stylish: Ludwig with the new, extra clear and beautiful NOMOS long-distance date. Otherwise outfitted like the classic Ludwig, this watch is one of our favorites as the new proportions of this sends shivers down the spines of our NOMOS designers. Its inner values are equally delightful: the NOMOS Beta movement, built in-house in Glashutte.
Reference 231 has a stainless steel case of 37.5mm. It is powered by caliber Beta.

Movement
A new in-house caliber with swing: DUW 4101 is ticking in Metro 38 Datum and Metro 38 Datum urban black. Characterized by the blued balance spring, this movement is also equipped with the NOMOS swing system?athe in-house escapement with which NOMOS Glashutte was able to break the Swatch Group's monopoly in the industry last year. Further features include manual winding, a date function, fine adjustment in six positions, a Glashutte three-quarter plate, and Glashutte stopwork.
With the introduction of DUW 4101, NOMOS Glashutte will started equipping all hand-wound movements with a date function with the NOMOS swing system as well.
