The IWC Da Vinci Automatic IW4523 was introduced in 2007, at the occassion of a total revamp of the Da Vinci collection. This generation of the Da Vinci is charactrized by its tonneau-shaped case, which in the reference (45.20 x 35.60 mm), which holds the self-winding caliber 30130. Reference IW4523-31 has a White gold case set with baguettes. The dial is Black.

This IWC movement is based on ETA Mecaline Specialities 2896, made to IWC specs - enhanced by IWC in-house in Schaffhausen.
