Description
The H. Moser & Cie Endeavour Centre Seconds 1200-0210 and 1200-0211 are unique pieces with hand-painted dials based on drawings by young students receiving educational support from the Room to Read foundation. Both watches have a white gold case of 40mm.
The two illustrations used are those drawn by Arif and Kasun. They were chosen both for their beautiful use of colour and the style of their designs. Arif and Kasun put the same level of efforts into their artwork as they do in their daily life, in and out of school. Arif lives in Mumbai, India, where he has to walk several kilometres to school. His father sells fruits for a living; Arif would like to become a police officer. As for Kasun, from Sri Lanka, whose father is a farmer, travels to school by moped every day.
Movement
The movement within the Endeavour Centre Seconds calibre HMC 343 combines craftsmanship with performance, with double barrels set with screwed gold chatons enabling a minimum 7-day power reserve. It also includes H. Moser's unique removable escapement module and an original Straumann Hairspring? with a stabilised Breguet overcoil.
