The Certina DS-1 reference C029.807.22.031.00 has looks inspired by the first DS concept watches of the 1960's, but inside its 40.00mm Stainless Steel case ticks a resolutely modern self-winding 'Powermatic' movement (caliber C07.111) with an impressive 80 hours of power reserve. The dial is Silver. Both the case as well as the bracelet are partially PVD-coated in rose gold.
Powering various Swatch Group brands as 'Powermatic 80'. Version pictured is Tissot-branded. It is based off the 2824-2. Can be chronometer-certified.
Within the Powermatic family of movement's there are -thus far- three different levels;
C07.1XX; these have a synthetic escapement.
C07.6XX; these have a regular escapement.
C07.8XX; these have a silicon hair spring.
