Description
This version of the Hornet World Timer has an open dial. Its caliber A1766 is partially skeletonized.
wheels with special split teeth, manufactured using LIGA technology, to ensure play-free movement. The watch can display three time zones: the two pointed hands indicate 24 time zones on the outer ring, while the golden sun-tipped hand can be set to show time zone in between.
It can also be adjusted to display mean solar time at any location according to its longitude. The shortest hand shows the equation of time: the difference between apparent solar and mean solar time. A double-disc big date at 5 o'clock and circular month display at the centre complete the dial. The Skeleton version reveals the watch's inner workings and many parts.
